The teeth are made from extremely heat-resistant tungsten carbide (TC) and offer a long service life particularly when used on hardwood and composite materials. The trapezoidal flat tooth geometry also contributes to a long lifetime with good cutting quality while the negative rake ensures safe application as the material is pressed against the stop.
